  All consults and analysis are guaranteed to be without external financial influence. As the objective is to remain independent, Swissbenefits has decided to offer services solely remunerated by the fees billed to the client, based on the concluded mandate. Swissbenefits receives no commission or remuneration from third parties for intermediary services.

• Does this insurance meet Schengen visa requirements?

  The cover meets the minimum that Schengen states require of visa applicants: EUR 30.000 for sickness, accident and medical repatriation. Citizens of countries without an agreement with Schengen members must present proof of such insurance when they apply.

• When do I receive the insurance certificate?

  At once. After an online purchase the insurance certificate and the payment receipt are sent by email. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

• What if I need medical help in the Schengen Area?

  Assistance is available 24 hours a day. If a hospital asks for a guarantee of payment, it is provided; medical questions are answered around the clock, including at the weekend.

• Can several people be insured together?

  Yes. Groups receive a discount of up to 20 percent — the more people, the higher the discount. Fill in the group form on the home page to request an offer.
